Returns & Refunds
Effective Date: 9/25/2025
At NICBRIC, all sales are final in most cases. Because our products are personal-use accessories, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for health and sanitary reasons.
Limited Exceptions
We will only consider returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
- There is a clear manufacturing defect
To request a return under these exceptions, email nicbricofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the issue was our error, we will cover return shipping; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original packaging
- Returns without prior approval
- Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at nicbricofficial@gmail.com. Claims will be reviewed case by case and may require a carrier investigation.
